TTi partners with over dealerships across Australia and internationally.Due to company growth, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Champion. The primary role of the Customer Service Champion will be to assist customers with inbound post sales enquires and support.Primary Maintain customer satisfaction by communicating in a professional and supportive manner, always remaining positive and empathetic to customer needs. Communicate and respond promptly to customer enquiries via various channels.Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.Develop knowledge of TTi products in order to provide confident and accurate product advice.Process sale orders, forms, , and customer requests in a timely manner.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.Collaborate and communicate with team members.Provide feedback and suggest process improvements to enhance the customer service process.Qualifications/ExperiencePrevious Customer Service experience a must, with an excellent customer service attitudeOutstanding verbal and written communication skills, ability to listen and understand customer needsAccurate data entry and ability to multitaskCalm under pressure, honest and effective in solving problemsWhat next-If you are excited about joining a fast growing company, then we want to hear from you!
