Food and beverages that people enjoy and feel good about.We aim to continually innovate and re-imagine what is possible, to change the way the world eats for the better.About the roleReporting to the Operations Lead, this role is responsible for the daily operation of the machines whilst also being an advocate for continuous improvement and maintain a high level of Quality in line with our GMP & HACCP requirements.You will also be required to:Operating and maintaining Tetra Pak equipment machines so that the product is within the specified quality standards;Set up, monitor, adjust, operate and troubleshoot Filling and Production Equipment to achieve planned volumes;Ensuring that product quality is maintained by following SOP's and ensuring cleaning and sanitation schedules are met; andFault finding and troubleshooting on equipment when required.What we are looking forAs an experienced Production Technician Operator, you will need to be able to set up, monitor, adjust, operate and troubleshoot Filling and Production Equipment to achieve planned volumes.Significant experience within a manufacturing environment;Completed a qualification in Food Processing or Competitive Manufacturing is preferred;Comprehensive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing; Strong knowledge of area equipment and processes; andAbility to mentor and develop team members.Job Type:Full-timeSalary:$60,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year
