About the Position
Echuca Motor Group is an award winning multi franchise dealership comprising Toyota, Subaru, Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Isuzu Ute based in Echuca on the Victorian/Important Company border. We currently have an opportunity for an Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. About the role The successful applicant will support and assist the current team with administrative activities, with the primary responsibilities of the role to includeFull time role General reception and administration duties Meeting and greeting guests when on reception Answering general enquiries ., phone and face to face Registration of new and used vehicles Accounts payable processing and reconciliation Accounts receivable processing and reconciliation Bringing vehicles into stock Liaising with manufacturers and their accounts departments Assistance with month end processing General filingSkills and Experience The position would ideally suit a self-starter who is highly organised, proactive, and is able to learn new systems quickly In addition, the successful applicant will haveThe ability to work independently as required Customer first focus as the Dealerships first point of An understanding of the Microsoft Office suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A pleasant and professional phone manner Ability to multitask and prioritise Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills A current driver licence
